It is a natural product with a thick consistency obtained from ripe, edible and healthy tomatoes. The production process is carried out using only physical methods, preserving the natural color, aroma and nutritional values of the tomatoes.
Tomato paste is produced by crushing tomatoes using mechanical processes, separating them from water and skins and concentrating them at controlled temperatures. All production stages are carried out in accordance with HACCP (FDA 19.01.2001 and 93/43/EEC) regulations. Quality control processes are carried out within the framework of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
The product is made from 100% natural and fresh tomatoes. It does not contain additives, is not modified and does not contain coloring or preservatives. Fully compliant with Directive 2001/112/EC and AIJN-Code of Practice standards.
