It is a non-fermented but fermentable product obtained from edible, ripe and healthy tangerine fruits. Its production is carried out exclusively by physical methods, preserving the characteristic sweet-sour aroma and vibrant color of tangerines.
The concentrate is obtained from the fruit by mechanical processes. All production stages are carried out in accordance with HACCP (FDA 19.01.2001 and 93/43/EEC) standards. Quality control processes and traceability guarantee are provided within the framework of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
