It is a non-fermented but fermentable product obtained from edible, ripe and healthy red grapes. The production process is entirely physical and the product retains its natural sweetness and rich aroma.
The concentrate is extracted from the grapes by mechanical processes. All stages of production are carried out in line with HACCP standards, and quality controls and traceability features comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
The product is produced from 100% natural, fresh and intact berries of the specified species. No additives are added, modified or ripened. The product is in full compliance with Directive 2001/112/EC and AIJN-Code of Practice standards.
