Is a non-fermented but fermentable product obtained from edible, ripe and healthy cherries grown with certified organic farming methods. The production process is carried out using only physical methods, preserving the sour-sweet balance, vibrant red color and aroma of the sour cherries.
The concentrate is extracted from the fruit by mechanical processes. All production stages are carried out in accordance with HACCP (FDA 19.01.2001 and 93/43/EEC) regulations. Quality control and traceability processes are carried out according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
The product is produced from 100% organic and fresh cherries. No additives are added, modified or ripened. Fully compliant with Directive 2001/112/EC and AIJN-Code of Practice standards.
