It is a non-fermented but fermentable product obtained from edible, ripe and healthy pomegranate fruits with organic agriculture certificate. The production process is entirely physical, preserving the pomegranate's natural sour-sweet balance and rich aroma.
The concentrate is obtained from the fruit by mechanical processes and all stages of production are carried out in accordance with HACCP (FDA 19.01.2001 and 93/43/EEC) regulations. Quality controls and traceability features are provided in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
The product is produced from 100% organic and fresh fruits. No additives are added, modified or ripened. Fully compliant with Directive 2001/112/EC and AIJN-Code of Practice standards.
