It is a non-fermented but fermentable product obtained from Malus domestica type apples with organic agriculture certificate. The production process is carried out entirely by physical methods and does not contain any additives.
All production stages are carried out in accordance with HACCP (Food Safety Management System) standards. Quality controls are ensured in accordance with FDA 19.01.2001 and 93/43/EEC regulations and offer traceability guarantee in line with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
The product is produced from 100% natural and ripe fruits and fully complies with Directive 2001/112/EC and AIJN-Code of Practice standards. No additives are added, no modification or ripening process is applied.
